Two of the most awesome people in the world are guest djaying on Sound of the City tonight! Pylon’s Michael Lachowski and Vanessa Briscoe Hay are coming up to WUOG and will be spinning whatever the hell they want for an hour and a half or so. I’M SO EXCITED!
Michael’s got his Young Foxy & Free thang going on while Vanessa’s band Supercluster just released a kick-ass new album. We may talk about those projects for a bit and Chomp More. But mostly, I’ll just be oogling over the fact that they’re in the studio. As always, I’ll make sure to link back to the podcast once we get it broadcasting.
Sound of the City is the all local radio show I host on Tuesday nights from 8-10 p.m. at WUOG. Done it for years and have started each show off with a Pylon cut. Michael came up to the station once before to dj and we had such fun that I swore I’d get him back on the show! So here they are!
