Yes folks, it’s that time of year again! Time to vote for the 2010 Flagpole Athens Music Awards!
Maybe you were nominated. Maybe you’re seeking sweet, sweet revenge. Regardless, this is your chance to make a difference in the Athens music scene and help some of your favorite bands gain bragging rights for the year.
Starting tomorrow, we’ll be updating AthensMusicJunkie every day with short profiles of the bands nominated in each category. Since there are 20 categories and we have less than 20 days to do this, some days will have more than one FMA post.
Are we insane for doing this? Probably. But we had such a fun time last year and such great feedback that we figured we’d do it again!As for our regular content, no worries. The weekly show picks and important news briefs will still be around.
