R.E.M.‘s deluxe reissue of Fables of the Reconstruction comes out tomorrow here state-side. Tune in on Wednesday for a look into why this oft-overlooked part of their catalog is also one of the most important when it comes to their Southern heritage. Also, don’t forget about the showing at Cine of the boys’ performance at Rockpalast circa 1985. 
We bid a sad farewell to one of our favorite bands. Leading Edge is hanging up the hat, with band member Eric’s departure to teach music in South Georgia. We wish them all well.
